Things you did not and will not learn in any South African school

~ Bill Gates~

This should be posted in every school or kid's bedroom.

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this!

Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about eleven (11) things they did not and will not learn in school.

He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.

(While this should apply to South Africa, and although South Africans should learn from this, they will not, because here life owes them and here everything gets blamed on Apartheid. In the history of Africa they've never needed to take responsibility for anything, because they could always blame it on colonialism or on Apartheid)

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it! (In South Africa, Zimbabwe, etc. , they disown the whites to make it fair, then call it equality in the name of democracy )

Rule 2: The world doesn't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.  (except in Africa, here we give them what they want for free, without having worked for it)

Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 (R500,000 plus) a year right out of high school. (Unless you're a child of a well-connected black South African ANC cadre) You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both. (Unless you're the child of a black ANC cadre. Here BEE and Affirmative Action will get you anything you ask for)

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss (In 1976 we burned down the schools then blamed the "apartheid" government for not giving us schools, then we implemented BEE and made ourselves the boss)

Rule 5: Flipping hamburgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: They called it opportunity. (In South Africa BEE and AA give us all the opportunities we want, for free)

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' (or Apartheid or colonialism's) fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them. (In South Africa we'll blame it on Apartheid anyway)

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room… (You racist! Are you saying we're dirty?)

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools (in ALL South African schools), they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer.
*This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life. (except if you're a child of a black South African ANC elite)

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF.
*Do that on your own time. (In SA the ANC's tri-alliance union partners will give you all the time you want)

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs. (In South Africa we need not work to get paid anyway)

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one…!! (In South Africa, you should always be nice to the ANC, because you WILL end up working for one of their cadres)

Bill Gates obviously does not live in South Africa does he? Here he would have been stoned, perhaps even necklaced for even suggesting such truths. He would have been called a liar and a racist who wants to deny the people their "RIGHTS!"
